A reading buddy l relationship is often used to practice reading and writing in a foreign language, to improve literacy, to learn more about other countries, cultures, and lifestyles, and to make friendships.
Become a reading buddy /mentor by providing guidance, leadership, and sharing experience contributing towards other’s educational growth.

Recent Projects and Partnerships
We kicked off the year with our literacy training workshop on reading and spelling techniques, including interactive learning strategies.
Because of your generous contributions, our published books have found a home in 55 schools in rural communities. A heartfelt thank you for being part of this extraordinary transformation. We are just getting warmed up…this is only the beginning!
We’ve adopted UNICEF’s Tippy Tap initiative in Mokgola Village lacking access to clean running water to promote good hygiene and improve child health care.
Phono Graphix Training Workshop with Read for Africa
Suffolk University in Boston sponsors backpacks to learners in the Northwest Province. One of our heartfelt initiatives is to replace the plastic shopping bags, which some learners are using to carry their books. The university has generously sponsored backpacks towards this initiative
WesBank Volunteers sponsored us with much-needed stationery to distribute to Glenwoods Primary School. Amongst the delivered goods were powered paints and paintbrushes, modeling clays, coloring books, and crayons, learning charts, building blocks, and abacus. Delivered resources were allocated to the Grade R learners. Some of the numerical resources will be shared with Grade 1 and 2 learners. Our learners could not contain their excitement and immediately put the goodies to use.
